The Role

Join our team as a Customer Delivery Team Advisor, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting our delivery crews and customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

*Working in a very fast-paced environment responding to incoming delivery crew enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
*Identify and assess the delivery crews` and customer needs, providing accurate information and effective solutions that put the customer first.
*Assist delivery the crew in navigating our products/services and resolving any queries and concerns that they have, so that they can feedback to the customer.
*Record and maintain accurate delivery crew interaction details in our order management systems.
*Collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve overall service quality.
*Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
*Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
*Provide appropriate resolutions, help and advice to Dream delivery crews in line with established procedures, this includes but is not limited to: Offer agreed incentives to reduce refunds and prevent order cancellations, resolve issues with faulty and damaged goods by following the Company`s Faulty Goods Procedure, raising comfort exchanges
*Ensure that all communications, both written and oral, are always professional and of the highest standard and in line with Company guidelines.
*Manage the property damage workstream, whilst putting the customer first and ensuring a timely resolution of both delivery crew and customer queries.

The Person

*A self-motivator with the ability to motivate others by demonstrating a can-do approach to problem solving and team building.
*Able to build up effective relationships with colleagues, customers & suppliers.
*Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
*Adaptable and flexible in his or her approach to work.
*Able to communicate effectively between departments.
*Previous customer service experience in a similar environment.
*Good I.T Skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
*Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with a focus on attention to detail.
